Order Processing Time
We process, print, and ship orders Monday through Friday. Our average processing time is 3-5 business days. During busy times such as holidays, please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your order before the order ships out.

Shipping
We ship to the United States and Canada via USPS (United States Postal Service).
The standard shipping charge for US orders is $4.95 or FREE on US orders over $60.
US orders weighing less than 1 pound will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail (3-6 business days). US orders weighing over 1 pound will be shipped USPS Priority Mail (2-4 business days).
Canada orders will be shipped via USPS First Class International Mail (5-21 days as dictated by USPS).
Returns/Exchanges
If you find that your clothing doesn't fit, simply ship it back to us in original condition within 15 days and we can exchange the item for another size. Customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us.
Email us at info@icecreamlife.com if you have an exchange request. Please include your order number as well as the size you would like to exchange for. Exchanges can only be accepted on US orders.
Returns are accepted on US and Canada orders that are returned to us within 15 days of purchase and items must be in original condition. Any items that appear worn or washed will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us. We are unable to refund shipping charges.
